Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Cup(s)
  • 1 pound butter, room temperature
  • 2 lemons, zest only, finely grated
  • 5 teaspoons thyme, finely minced
  • 4 teaspoons parsley, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, diced small (save the bacon fat)

Instructions

Mix butter, lemon zest, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, crispy bacon bits and bacon fat together. Immediately spoon the mixture on top of hot grilled oysters so it fully melts.
