Breakfast of Champions

Beef tallow, used on the rim of the glass, can be found in the meat section of most grocery stores.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Ilegal Mezcal Joven
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce olive brine
  • 1/4 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 dashes fish sauce
  • 3 dashes celery bitters
  • 3 ounces Charleston Bloody Mary Mix
  • Ice
  • Wagyu beef tallow, for glass rim
  • Old Bay seasoning, for glass rim
  • Pimento stuffed olives, for garnish
  • Cocktail onions, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and add ice. Pour the cocktail between cocktail shaker tins several times to combine.

2. Roll the rim of a pint glass first in beef tallow and then Old Bay seasoning. Fill glass with ice and pour cocktail.

3. Garnish with olives and onions.
