Coffee Pot Blues

Make this easy yet elegant cocktail as an after dinner drink.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1 ounce Fernet Branca
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • 3/4 ounce Marlin and Barrel Amber Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Borghetti
  • 20 drops Dr Reinhard’s Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

Pour all ingredients except egg white into a shaker or jar. Add ice and shake. Strain with a fine mesh strainer into a second shaker or jar. Add egg white and shake for 15 to 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with Angostura bitters on top.
