Artisan Bitters: Cocktail Alchemy from Bark, Root and Leaf
Bitters are becoming as crafty as the cocktails they enhance.
1. Measure ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice to more than cover the liquids.
2. Hold the spoon with your thumb and first two fingers, weaving it between your middle and ring fingers. Keeping the back of the spoon against the inside of the glass, stir the cocktail until chilled.
3. Using a julep strainer, strain into a serving glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
