Florida Rum, Madagascar Flavor
Travel the world, and bring back beans. Vanilla beans to St. Augustine, that is. And then, infuse some rum.
1. Muddle limes and mint with simple syrup in a shaker tin.
2. Add rum and ice and lightly shake. Two or three shakes will do so the muddled ingredients don’t get watered down.
3. Pour the contents of the shaker into a highball glass.
4. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
