Five Essential Cocktail Tools
Create classic cocktails with these key accessories.
1. Add all ingredients except red wine to shaker tin. First shake the ingredients vigorously with no ice. Next, add ice to the tin and re-shake vigorously.
2. Strain with a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass or into a double Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Hold a barspoon upside down over the top of the beverage and place the wine pour spout to the back of the spoon. Slowly pour to gently "float" the wine into the beverage. Allow the wine to cover just below the surface of the cocktail.
