Noble Knees

This cocktail is a refreshing play on the classic Bee’s Knees. Wine-based spirits, such as the gin in this recipe, are fermented, not distilled, and have a lower alcohol percentage without sacrificing any flavor.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1
  • 2 ounces King George wine-based gin
  • 1 ounce honey simple syrup*
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 ounces Congaree and Penn Noble Farm Cider
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

In a metal shaker combine gin, honey simple syrup, lemon juice and Farm Cider with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

*To make honey simple syrup, combine 2 parts honey to 1 part warm water and a squeeze of lemon. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
