Zach Lynch

As Bar Manager of Ice Plant Bar and Brand Ambassador for St. Augustine Distillery, both located in downtown St. Augustine, Zach brings more than a decade’s experience as a professional bartender. A Florida native, he is the founder of the United States Bartenders’ Guild’s (USBG) Orlando chapter and co-developed St. Augustine Distillery’s gold medal award-winning New World Gin (American Craft Spirits Association Competition). Zach is also BarSmarts Advanced Certified and Cicerone Certified, and has won various bartending competitions including Diageo World Class Regional, Diplomatico U.S., Fernet-Branca Florida, and Four Roses State.
