Ingredients
1 pound shishito peppers
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to season
For garlic salt butter
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon Summa Salts Flaming Vampire salt (adjust according to taste)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss shishito peppers in olive oil and soy sauce. Grill on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until the peppers start to blister, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately with melted garlic salt butter.
To make garlic salt butter: Mix together butter and Flaming Vampire salt until thoroughly
combined. Shape into a log and wrap in wax paper. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
