peach rum cocktail
Shake up this refreshing, fruity cocktail for happy hour on a warm day. Photo by Amanda Rosenblatt.

Serves 1


Ingredients

2 ounces Stiggins Pineapple Rum

½ ounce Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur

½ ounce Giffard Vanille de Madagascar

1 ounce lime juice

3-4 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters

Ice

Peach slice


Instructions

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a cocktail tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with fresh peach slice.
