Chicha Sour
This cocktail includes Chicha Morada, a traditional Peruvian fermented beverage made with purple corn. Dried purple corn can be found in Latin grocery stores.
1. Add all ingredients except bitters to cocktail shaker. Shake aggressively with ice for 15 seconds then strain.
2. Remove ice and shake ingredients without ice for an additional 15 seconds.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with bitters.
