- 1 bunch radishes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Cut radishes into wedges. In a large bowl, toss radishes with olive oil and place in a baking dish. Roast radishes, stirring occasionally until fork tender, about 1 hour.
3. When cooked, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt
