Farmers Table Coastal Dinner
There's no better way to appreciate what's in season throughout the year than by gathering with community and friends for a meal around the table. Together with our friends at Congaree & Penn Farm, this spring Chef Ryan Randolph is collaborating with local farmers, chefs, food + drink makers to showcase our region's bounty. A coastal-themed dinner kicked off the series, with a pescatarian feast featuring guest Chef Jonathan Haynes of Sunshine Grindz and local shore fisherman Larry Finch, and while tickets are officially sold-out for dinners at the farm this spring, there's no reason everyone can't host their own Farmers Table at home, season by season.

Lettuce from Bacon's Select Produce with Gyo Greens radishes
Blueberry shrub vinaigrette
Gulf oysters with creole tomato shrub caviar
Ceviche with Florida citrus, B & D bird peppers and crushed peanuts
SECOND COURSE
Whole pompano with sauce Veracruz
Cedar Key clams, Mayport shrimp with garlic, watercress, bottarga aioli
Community Loaves baguettes
THIRD COURSE
Key lime pie shaved ice with Congaree and Penn pecan oil powder
